**PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING**
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In the event you need to make a return, you are given the option to exchange for size or refund. If you need to exchange for a different size, please request a new size. If the requested size is out of stock you will be issued a refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for a return shipping label. We ask that you use a service that has tracking and insurance to send the item to us. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
